Richardson Callahan & Frederick LLP was organized in late 2000 by two long-time law partners, Jim Richardson and John Callahan. Their goal was to form a new firm that would better serve the FORTUNE 500 corporations, small businesses and individuals they represented—not just in Huntsville, but throughout North Alabama. Despite this seemingly recent beginning, our founding partners alone have more than 45 years of combined experience. They have used their talents to represent clients in litigation involving complex business litigation and class actions and to advise them in corporate matters such as corporate transactions and regulatory compliance issues.
Richardson Callahan & Frederick LLP was established to meet the diverse requirements of its clients. Our attorneys, in addition to handling litigation in all courts, regularly represent clients before various Federal and State administrative boards and agencies. Jim Richardson and John Callahan have training and experience in mediation and arbitration and represent clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings. They are registered Mediators with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and members of the Panel of Neutrals for the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. As a firm, we are familiar with the state and federal courts in the Huntsville / North Alabama and know how to get the results our clients need.
